Apartment or condo installations requiring elevator access are not available. The installation area and access route must be safe, clear and accessible.
Booking Policies
Clear terms. No surprises.
- Cancellation: Full refund when cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled installation. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted and is subject to available installation dates.
- Weather: We may postpone an installation during severe rain, thunderstorms, high winds, unsafe driving conditions, or weather that could damage the display. A Niagara PumpkinGuy weather reschedule does not forfeit your payment.
- Customer presence: You do not need to be home, provided we have safe and unobstructed access to the agreed installation area.
Property & Removal
Before we arrive.
- Please clear the styling area of personal items, packages, hoses and other obstructions before your appointment.
- Stairs, walkways and porch surfaces must be stable and reasonably safe for carrying seasonal décor.
- No apartment or condo installations that require elevator access.
- Removal/reuse applies only to suitable produce. Painted, glittered, wax-contaminated, chemically treated, artificial or heavily decomposed items may be left behind and are not eligible for livestock-feed reuse.
Local sourcing & agricultural reuse: Niagara PumpkinGuy intends to source display produce from local Niagara farms and to direct suitable post-season produce toward local agricultural reuse whenever arrangements are available. Supplier and receiving-farm relationships are still being finalized, so no specific farm is guaranteed or represented as a current partner.

When are installations available?
Installation dates vary by season and are subject to availability.
Do I need to be home for installation?
No. As long as the agreed porch or entry area is safely accessible, we can complete the installation without you being home.
Is delivery included?
Yes, within our standard Niagara service area. Accepted bookings outside Niagara are subject to a $40 surcharge.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For severe rain, thunderstorms, high winds, unsafe driving conditions, or conditions likely to damage the installation, Niagara PumpkinGuy may move your appointment to the next suitable available time. You do not lose your payment because of a weather reschedule initiated by us.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancellations made at least 7 days before installation receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 7 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability.
Do you service apartments and condos?
We can only accept locations with straightforward, safe access. We do not provide installations to apartments or condo units that require elevator access.
Where do pumpkins go after removal?
Suitable, untreated produce may be directed toward local agricultural reuse or livestock feed when an appropriate receiving arrangement is available. We do not guarantee a particular receiving farm until those partnerships are finalized.
