Create a Halloween or Christmas display designed specifically for your home with Niagara PumpkinGuy's private virtual design consultation. This service is for customers looking for something beyond our standard packages. Custom installations start at $899 + HST.

How it works

1. Book your consultation. Purchase the $79 + HST consultation online.

2. We contact you. After your order is received, Niagara PumpkinGuy will email you to request the information needed to prepare for your consultation, including property photos, location, preferred season/theme, budget and decorating preferences.

3. Receive your Zoom invitation. Once we have the required information, we'll arrange your virtual consultation and send your meeting details.

4. Design your custom display. During the consultation, we'll review your property and walk you through curated Halloween or Christmas décor options.

5. Receive your custom proposal. After the consultation, Niagara PumpkinGuy will prepare a custom proposal based on your selected décor, property requirements and installation needs.

6. You decide. There is no obligation to purchase an installation after your consultation. If you choose to proceed, we'll arrange payment, sourcing and your installation date.

Custom installation pricing

Custom Halloween installations start at $899 + HST.
Custom Christmas installations start at $899 + HST.

The final price depends on the décor selected, size and complexity of the property, sourcing requirements and installation requirements. Your final custom proposal will show the price before you decide whether to proceed.

Important — please read before booking

The $79 + HST consultation fee is non-refundable. The consultation fee pays for the consultation and custom-design service. It is separate from your custom installation price and will not be credited toward a future installation.

Décor, products, delivery and installation are not included in the $79 consultation fee. Purchasing a consultation does not obligate you to purchase a custom installation. Custom installations have a minimum starting price of $899 + HST.
